Our campsite was nice site 17. Only problem is that the dumpsters for trash are right next to the bathroom. Made it hard to go to the bathroom at night. A bear was around knocking them over both nights I was there. The dumpsters need to be out of the camp loop! Someone needs to fix this immediately!

Wonderful campsite, but a really long way to haul all your gear. Up a giant hill, approx. 20 ft and quite a long distance, possibly 100 yds as another reviewer mentioned. Bring a cart! Lake was great for paddle boarding. Biting black flies were abundant when the wind wasn’t blowing.

One of my top 5 favorite campgrounds in Colorado, or anywhere! Amazing campsites, amazing views, amazing water. Love Chambers!

Amazing campsite close to bathrooms & water. Even though you can see other campsites all around it still felt like there was enough space on each side of this site to feel like you had your own private space.

Site was clean, my reservation clearly marked on the tag, campground was clean & felt safe. Saw & talked to the camp host, he was very nice & informative. Bathrooms were also clean. Location was gorgeous with views of the lake. My only complaint is that it was extremely windy & the camp host said that was typical for the area/ this time is year (late June). We almost left early & I was concerned our tents might blow away (they didn't). Otherwise this was a great campground/ campsite & I'm tempted to try again in a different month.

Bathrooms are clean. Nice views of the lake. Was super windy so we didn't feel comfortable using paddle boards. Saw a muse and lots of hummingbirds.

Some of the sites were near the burn area but many had shade and a view of the lake.
