Usually have great experience here, this is our third year in a row camping. However, this year the camp hosts weren’t super great at keeping the campground clean.

Campground is in a great location with nice amenities. Our camp site in particular had great spacing between other campsites.

We enjoyed our stay. Fishing was not good, no bites. Lake is fairly full. People in other sites were quiet and courteous.

I booked one night in one site hoping for a second night in a first come first serve site. Upon arrival, the camp hosts helped me find an available site that I could book for both nights without having to move in between. Campground was clean and mostly quiet. Lots of trails and other recreation available nearby.

The site we had was a walk in tent #51. It was a great location but people constantly walked through the site day and night with dogs on and off leash and we had to leave our first night because it was upsetting our dogs, and we had zero privacy due to heavy usage of our site. Consider making a trail around parts of the lake to keep people from walking through multiple sites. Our site was not the only one getting used by people trying to access the lake.

We had such an amazing stay. We owe it to our amazing hosts for being so welcoming and kind. Both of us can’t wait to visit again!

This is a nice campground with clean toilets, easy parking, great access to the lake, and to hiking.

The lake was drained a few weeks before we got there but no communication was sent to us letting us know. I received an email a week before going telling us know that the lake was at lower levels but not drained. Very upset that we were not notified so we could change our location and go somewhere that had water to fish and enjoy. Felt like we were lied to in keeping these reservations and being swindled for money at a campsite nobody wanted to be at. Campsite was cleaned and organized, and the camp host was great.
