We stay ever year for a quick getaway out of Denver. Park Attendant was great, very helpful! Saw a hugh moose with the biggest rack we have even seen to add to our memories! No hookups but that's what you want in the wilderness. Great cell service! And a convenience store close by! Until next year...

This campsite is well-maintained, and the scenery was incredible. The short walk up to the vista always stuns, but the path to the meadow of wildflowers even at the end of July was the highlight of our trip.

Cold Springs is a beautiful, well-kept campground that was just far enough out to feel remote, but close enough to be easily reached. The campsites were well-spaced. I've never camped anywhere where the other campers were this quiet. I would definitely camp here again.

Site 24 might be the best one there. We sure appreciated it! Lovely campground that was quiet and has a great trail with a view. The vault toilets were unusable due to the smell, and the playground was unusable for our 4 year old, due to weeds and just the sheer size of the equipment. It’s more for older children.
