There were so many mice that infiltrated our camper at night that we had to set up mouse traps and fill holes. We still got them all over in the camper.

Camp hosts (Kathy and Mike) are so helpful and do an excellent job of keeping campsites neat for the next guest. The pit toilets are well lit at night and spotless. The campground it well laid out and marked for ease of locating site. We loved being in a tent site that made it possible to lauch our kayaks and enjoy the beauty. Thanks for making our outing during a pandemic a rewarding experience.

From Fort Collins, take Highway 287 north for approximately 24 miles to Livermore. Turn west on County Road 74 and continue about 23 miles to Dowdy Lake Road. Turn right, then another right onto Dowdy Drive and continue to the campground.
Dowdy Lake is accessed via Highway 287, which is approximately 24 miles from Fort Collins. From Highway 287, the route continues on County Road 74 for about 23 miles before reaching Dowdy Lake Road.
