Very nice location. Able to launch our kayaks close by and access to hiking. Facilities nice but restrooms quite a distance from some of the sites.

The campground was clean and an easy walk to the water for fishing. The caretakers were kind and very helpful. Cons- the campground was next to a boat ramp, which meant lots of loud trucks driving past your site. The sites were also on top of each other, if you are looking for space away from others this is not it.

We had booked our last night at another nearby campground facility but during a drive through we realized the site was going to be too small. We greatly appreciated your on site Green Ridge (Colorado) campground host working with us to find another camping site at Green Ridge. He was very friendly and helpful. Campground Manager was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. Campsites a little close together. Very close to entrance of Rocky Mountains National Park. Large bear locker on every site. I didn't notice from photos, there is no view of lake from campground, you have to climb a short hill.

Stayed in #61, nice spot, no shade, semi private, great view and close to water. We have a 27 ft trailer and while the spot is great we will not stay in the site again, it is very hard to get in, very tight turn big trees and rocks make the turn very tight. I recommend only a smaller trailer. The campground is very nice, clean, pretty quiet. The host is great, friendly and we love the area, fishing and lots of hiking trails around area. We come at least once a year and will continue.

Getting There
From the intersection of U.S. Highways 40 and 34 in Granby, travel north for 12 mi on Highway 34 to County Road 66 and go east one mile. Look for the Green Ridge Complex sign.
Highway access
Green Ridge is accessible via U.S. Highway 34, which connects to U.S. Highway 40 in Granby, approximately 12 miles to the south.
Policies & Rules
General
- No RV water connections are available.
- This is bear country! For bear and human safety, keep a clean campsite and do not place food or other attractants in your tent. For more information about visiting bear country, contact Colorado Parks and Wildlife at http://wildlife.state.co.us
- Utility hookups are not available
- Boats are subject to inspection to prevent the spread of zebra and quagga mussels
- A additional fee will be charged for admission to the Arapaho National Recreation Area; fees are $5 a day, $10 for three days, $15 a week or $30 per year, and can be purchased from the Forest Service office or local vendors
- You must stay in the campsite you reserved. Site-swapping is not allowed.

- Don't Move Firewood: Prevent the spread of tree-killing organisms by obtaining firewood at or near your destination and burning it on-site. For more information visit dontmovefirewood.org.
- All campsites must be occupied within 26 hours of the beginning of the reservation. If not present the site will be rented by first come first serve basis.
- EXTRA VEHICLE FEES: One vehicle is included in your reservation. Any additional vehicles will be charged $8.00 per vehicle per night and will be collected by the camphost. There is not a way to pay for extra vehicles when you make your reservation. One vehicle consists of one camper being towed by vehicle, or any other vehicle towed behind camper. One van or one truck with camper attached counts as one vehicle.
- Fire Restrictions: Fire restrictions may be imposed at any time due to hot, dry weather conditions, at which time campfires and charcoal fires may not be allowed.
- Tents must fit on the pads provided.
- RVs, trailers or other vehicles must fit on the parking spur. Driving or parking off road is not permitted. The parking length ranges from 25' - 35'.
- Pets must be on a hand-held leash.
- Modifications for this campground must be made through Recreation.gov PRIOR to your reservation start date. Customers and contact center agents cannot modify reservations on or after the check-in date.
