We stayed at the end of the season so water had been turned off, which we were aware of. We had to change sites a number of times due to our spot being reserved. Frequently no one showed up to take out original spot, and it was frustrating to not be able to determine that on the Recreation.gov reservation page. The sites were clean and camp hosts were friendly & helpful. 40' sites are all back-in and you must unhook. Sites are not wide enough to park a vehicle beside your rig; you must park perpendicular to your RV and it can be a tight squeeze to get off the roadway. Lake Granby boat launch is in the park and easily accessible. The lake is gorgeous with great fishing.

We were very pleased with our stay. Mic the host was outstanding. First time visiting this campground and not prepared for the cold weather, he was able to move us to an electric site. The campground is very nicely layout. We enjoyed our trip and planning on returning in the future.

weather was great, campground clean and busy. Would have been better if we had gone before they closed the water and bathrooms for the season. Porta-Potties were available.

The day before we arrived the man responsible for the water chose to turn it off completely even against the host and supervisor on duty, we were told. We arrived empty bc water was to be available. It was not freezing so freeze danger was not imminent. The second day, I received an email a little too late. I feel we should be credited the camp fee not the electric however.

Overall a good experience. We were able to set a 4-person tent and a 2-person tent in the space. Unfortunately though, there was no power outlet in this site (A047) as mentioned in the website. Wish shower facilities were available at the campground (I visited October 1st week).

The view is great, however, there is quite a bit of highway noise and the site is covered in young trees so there is no shade. I was supposed to stay here September 25-28 but the water was shut off and all bathrooms closed without any warning on the 26th. I was in a tent and the only bathroom left was a single vault toilet 1/2 mile down a hill. On September 29 I received an email stating the water would be shut off on September 30.
