The scenery at this campground cannot be beat. Views of Lake Granby all around. There is water and electric at the sites on the top loop. All others are dry camping. My only comment is that the showers need to be fixed. There was only one shower building (with three showers in both mens and womens) available for the entire campground. This is a costly update but needs to be done. Very close to Rocky Mtn National Park which is the quiet side of the park. The towns of Granby and Grand Lake are very close with shopping and groceries available.

We love the special attention the Stillwater Campground Hosts, Teresa and Clay give to the 'residents'. This continues to be our favorite place to stay when we need a camping site near Grand Lake, Colorado.

This is our 2nd visit to this campground and we really like the location (close to National Park, city of Grand Lake and area hiking trails). There are great views of the lake and the surrounding mountains, and electric/water sites are available (which is unusual for a national forest campground). However like many of the national forest campgrounds there is a lack of maintenance and most of the facilities need updating. Only one bathroom with 2 shower stalls was available - the other showers were closed. All of the bathrooms were in need of maintenance (toilets and/or sinks not working).

Our campsite slip was small and difficult to park in. Otherwise the view was great and the amenities were good.

Our tent space was easy to access with parking right at the spot. The lake was beautiful. The bathroom was clean; the campsite was quiet.

Very nice campground. Good views at almost every site. Running water and flushing toilets, compared to vault toilets at lots of other national forest campgrounds. No wind and nice temperature during our stay. Host very friendly and helpful.

Only a few minutes drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain NP entrance. Nice clean facilities, Dave the host or manager or whatever was great, incredible views in all directions even with the fire smoke which did clear out after some rain. Would definitely come back!
