We loved the campground. Our site was right on the water and we went in the middle of the week when it wasn't too crowded. It was a bit of a walk to the restroom, but other than that it was a lovely stay. We visited Granby, Hot Sulphur Springs, and Grand Lake as well during our stay. The campground host was also very kind, and helped us out when we needed something. Overall it was a great experience and we can't wait to go back when it reopens next year.

Our camping experience was overall good. Our site had the fire pit and picnic table down about 6-7 stairs, which was difficult with sore knees. Many of the sites are like this. Our view though was amazing! We could see water out of 3 sides of our van, just beautiful.
The bathrooms were not very clean. In fact, they list a 2 hour window where they are closed for cleaning (1-3) and even after that it was rather unpleasant. They basically spray the entire room down but since the shower area has very little to no air circulation, it gets musty. The shower was awful with the worst water pressure ever. Well, the one stream that came out had incredible pressure, but the others were clogged. Oh, and I never got hot water, although my husband did.
Overall though the sites were clean and pretty large. There are NO trees in this campground, so if it's sunny be prepared.

Has a fire pit! Parking was tight for 2 cars but we made it work. Sleeping platform was small…Was able to fit 4 2-person tents

Views, views, views.....there is nothing better than a lake view from both the front and back of your campsite.

While the views are incredibly gorgeous, the bathrooms and showers were filthy - worst I’ve ever seen. The last time it was recorded that they were cleaned was mid July. We were there in mid-August. It was pretty disgusting. Our site had trash in it too, which I cleaned up.
