Location was wonderful. Great views, lakes, and hikes. 10 minutes from quint mountain town of grand lake and RMNP. Convenient boat ramp. Friendly camp hosts. Campsite was excellent with electric and water . One major shortcoming was that the Bathrooms were not cleaned or stocked. The Showers were non operational.

The overall experience was great. The lack of mature growth made the lack of shade more pronounced. Our specific site (022) wasn’t great, on account of a layout that was not ergonomic; the stairs from our trailer pad down to our table/fire ring were directly behind the trailer, rather than on either side.
That being said, the overall utility and bathroom situation was enjoyable. The kiddos loved the lake access, and the nearby town was a nice little experience. The couple of times we interacted with the camp hosts we found them to be cordial and helpful. I would recommend this location, just bring a canopy/extra awning!

Spot 101 is close to the main road but loved its privacy, view and very quiet

The facilities seems to get worse year after year. Toilets were dirty and one stall wasn’t functional.

Bathrooms only had one stall working& showers did not work the entire time we camped. We were not advised of this prior to arriving nor told of the problem until we located a host and asked.
