I used to love going here but now there are so many people with barking dogs that it way tooooo much like the city. Maybe you could have a section with barking dogs and screaming kids and an area for us old folks.

When we arrived one of the spots I reserved was taken by a self pay party because the site was not marked as reserved so I had to get a refund and wait until the next day to occupy that space which worked out ok in the end. Otherwise great camp site.

Nice campgrounds with a gorgeous view! Beach is awesome to hang out and play with the dogs. Water is a little cold, but refreshing after hiking. Full bathroom with showers. Also, love having a wood burning fire while camping - not many campgrounds that allow this in CO.

Our campsite had a good view of the lake. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Good restaurants in town.

You need a generator policy. I had 3 generators around me that ran ALL DAY LONG and the camp host said that was allowed. We actually left early since it was so miserable. We will not return to any national forest campgrounds because of this. You really should put some limitations on generators. Any city noise ordinance would forbid this so why doesn't the national forest?
