Mosquitos here are abundant near the lake. Made it hard to enjoy anything outside at the campground. Lots of people using generators.

Great location near a nice bike trail. Clean, quiet and our site was fairly private.

Beautiful spot with Great Lake access. A bit noisy due to freeway but gorgeous site and friendly camp hosts.

My only complaint is that the outhouses were out of toilet paper from mid-evening till noon the next day. There was no posting on the outhouse door as to when the units were cleaned. Usually there is a sheet showing the dates & times the outhouses were cleaned but there were no sheets in the outhouses. I never saw a campground host drive through my loop. I really didn't need them but just seeing their presence would have been nice.

Amazing campsite! We enjoyed the beautiful mountain setting, close proximity to the Summit County Rec Path, and the town of Frisco.
Only complaint was arriving after a 500 mile drive and finding a sign at the water fill station saying that filling RV's with water is not allowed. This was not mentioned when we reserved, or in any of the numerous confirmation emails. Had we known ahead of time, we'd have shown up with a full tank instead of having to drive to the Dillon Water Treatment plant to fill, a 13 mile round trip. A mild annoyance, hopefully mentioning it here will help someone else plan ahead.
