The bathrooms were clean, the campsites spaced well and taken care of. The spot we chose was pretty shaded and right up on the water!
We had a 8 person text, a pop up canopy and plenty of room to move around with our 2 kids and dog.
The staff that was driving around was extremely sweet and even gave us some firewood at no charge. We will definitely make this a yearly destination!

Beautiful, well maintained sites. Garrett is a friendly, helpful campground host, and his cleaning crew was thorough and dependable. I know you can't control the weather, but it was lovely, too! Thank you!

Good: The campground has beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Conveniently located near town. Fire ring has a grill for cooking.
Bad: No showers or running water, only a single vault (latrine) toilet available. There is water at the RV area but it's pretty far from the tent area.

Wonderful campground. Well managed quiet and private with easy access to waterfront and bike trail and town amenities. Note that I70 is a pretty constant hum and our site has little respite from the sun. People were very friendly and respectful, sharing their site to leave my paddle board, quiet after 10, and mostly keeping their dogs on leash.

Host was pleasant. Clean area. Clean pit restrooms. Enjoyed small town amenities. Saw a Malayan Weasel, just as cute as could be. No people of ill nature.

The sites could be a little more level but otherwise was clean and spread out well enough.
