Camp host was friendly and helpful. The campground appears to be old and could use some updating to accommodate larger rv units. Also, if space is available put more space between sites.

Spent a week here, spectacular views. Kurt the host was most hospitable and a pleasure. Clean all around small campground. Will book this one again if in the area. Only a few big rig spots, book early.

The electric at our site didn’t work, was Saratov and in dependable. Site 015. We couldn’t get our slide to go out due to voltage issues. Kind of ruined our Memorial Day weekend :-(

A hidden gem! Great site right on the water. Not much shade but a definite winner. 50 amp power and water. Easy access dump station.

this was our first camping trip with our new camper! The campground was clean, bathrooms were clean and we felt safe and comfortable. It was quite windy and the camp host said that was normal for that particular site.

We sadly had a bad time. The camp site was way too small. Very hard to back into and no room to park our truck. The camp host was horrible in accommodating our needs and complaints. My husband is disabled and the host didn't try to help us at all. We had trouble with our trailer and need tools in our truck. When we squeezed in to park the truck there was no room to even close the door in our camper. It is a very nice area but the bad 2020 karma didn't give us an inch. We had to go home the next day. I doubt we'll go Lowry again because most of the sites for camper trailers are just too small. The bigger sites are usually taken. Our rig is 24 ft.

From I-70, take exit 205. Travel east on Highway 6 towards Keystone,
Colorado, for approximately 3 miles. Turn right on Swan Mountain Road and
proceed 1.5 miles to the Lowry Campground sign. Turn left and proceed
a half mile to the campground.

Please Note: One RV with tow per single site or one vehicle per tent site. Most sites can accommodate 1 extra vehicle that is not included with the reservation fee. Extra vehicle will be charged a per night fee and collected at the campground. |

In accordance with standard industry practices, there will be an additional vehicle fee per day on the second vehicle in each single family campsite, and on the third and fourth vehicles in any double family campsite, provided these vehicles are not joined to the first vehicle by a hitch and towed onto the site. In the case of motorcycles, the first two are considered as one vehicle for determining additional vehicle fees. The third and fourth motorcycle would also be considered as one vehicle. No additional vehicle fees are collected for bicycles. |

Reserved Sites will be held until check out time (ELEVEN) the day following your arrival date. Sites must be occupied by the checkout time of that following day to hold a reservation or the site will be forfeited and released to other guests.Once your reservation start date has begun, neither the Recreation.gov Contact Center nor the campground manager will be able to modify your reservation. |

Campers must occupy the site the first night at a campsite. This prevents booking the site for Fri-Sun and showing up on Saturday. |

Campers may leave the site for 24 hours and must occupy the site otherwise. This allows a camper to say go for an overnight backpack trip in the woods for one night and come back to their campsite the next day. |

Check in time is 2:00pm and Check out time is 11:00amIt is imperative that you are clear from the site at 11:00am on your check out day so the host can come prepare the site for the next event. Please don't be the group that makes the incoming group have to wait. |
