What Guests Are Saying
Peak One Campground boasts a fantastic location near trails, towns, and Lake Dillon, making it ideal for outdoor activities. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and offers good privacy between sites. However, there are ongoing issues with restroom facilities, as vault toilets remain closed and only porta-potties are available, which some guests found less than satisfactory.

The camp hosts were awesome. Helped us out when the site reallly did not fit our trailer and got us a site that was great.
Relaxing weekend just what we needed

The campground was beautiful, especially with the fall colors and the lake. The campground was also very quiet and peaceful. Only complaints were that there wasn’t a wash tub for dirty dishes and there was no paper towel in the bathrooms.

Loved it! Well kept campsite and wonderfully helpful and friendly camp host. Great views and biking and hiking trails throughout the campsite and around Lake Dillion. Plenty of canoe, bike, and kayak rentals in nearby town Frisco -- and cute shops/restaurants there too.

The host were very nice and helpful. The site was a little small. But still relaxing.

We car camped there twice, both were good experiences. The first stop we were focused on disc golfing at Peak One course which is excellent, and the second time on trail riding with our mountain bikes. The first time we could have a fire which was nice, the second time we couldn't which I understand. (I live in the CO mountains not too far away myself and have watched slurry bombers off my deck, not pleasant.) We saw some dudes & dudettes having a fire, but we think it was propane, so likely up to code and cool. Beautiful campground, nicely spaced sites, don't ignore the fire danger; it's real much of the time. The disc golf is awesome. Enjoy, you'll like it.

Real flushing toilets-I’ve died and gone to camping heaven! Nice sites. Not a ton of privacy between the spots but that also means you don’t have anything obstructing your views of the mountains. Walking distance to Lake Dillon.
