This was way better than expected- close hike along lake, No highway noise, super clean restrooms, and trees have grown. We only wish that there was a system for renting out the no shows.

Camp hosts off duty according to their sign for a couple of days at a time with no secondary hosts around. Camp sites not policed with small rock campfire rings left on burned tree stumps. Logs too big for the campfire rings but too small for anything else left lying around in the empty campsites. Bathrooms unattended then the maintenance card backdated to look like the hosts had cleaned it. I guess the quality was just less than I was used to there, and I have stayed there several times.

Very nice, no frills, campground in beautiful scenery. Unfortunately, the large pull-through sites for bigger rigs are not at all level, it is impossible to level with the leveling system

Great and quiet spot with a limited view of the water. Short walk to trails, bathrooms, and trash, but far enough that you don't have their traffic. Night sky was superb. Tent pad was a little rocky, so bring extra padding if you have it. No shade for most of the day.

Campers must occupy the site the first night at a campsite. This prevents booking the site for Fri-Sun and showing up on Saturday. |
| General |
Campers may leave the site for 24 hours and must occupy the site otherwise. This allows a camper to say go for an overnight backpack trip in the woods for one night and come back to their campsite the next day. |
