Iβm not sure youβll want to share this, but weβve been camping at prospector for years and this trip was nice, but due to the fact that there was a large number at the group site it was very noisy during quiet time. I spoke to the camp host and he said he believed there was wedding party or something and itβs a separate campground that he is not able to enforce. Thatβs just not cool!

We had a fabulous time camping here. It was great weather-warm days, cool nights and wonderful to see all of the green everywhere this year.

Very nice campground. Quiet with campsites that are relatively far apart. We enjoyed our stay.

The camp ground was super noisy. We stayed 2 nights. The first night, someone was running their generator all night long. Isn't there a policy about that? Shouldn't the camp ground hosts enforce it? The second night, there was a party going on until 3am. Again, the camp host should ask folks to respect quiet hours. If you stay there, bring ear plugs otherwise it is impossible to sleep.

My wife and I stayed at Prospector a week ago and it was a wonderful experience.
The campground was very clean and easy to find.
The views around the reservoir were amazing, would definitely stay there again.

The campground and the facilities were AWESOME as always but unfortunately in 4 days time we had a total of 3 hours where it did not rain. I know there is nothing anyone can do to predict the weather but it did play a big factor.

Campers must occupy the site the first night at a campsite. This prevents booking the site for Fri-Sun and showing up on Saturday. |
| General |
Campers may leave the site for 24 hours and must occupy the site otherwise. This allows a camper to say go for an overnight backpack trip in the woods for one night and come back to their campsite the next day. |
