Great location with easy access to breck, frisco, Dillon, or silverthorne. Did have some folks who played their music after 11pm few nights. Also the water that was there had slight discoloration so if you are picky then bring your own. Otherwise great location. Can get 5 dollar showers at silverthorne rec center which was awesome after few days hiking. It does get colder at night than whatβs reported on the weather app for Dillon so be prepared. We had temp drop down to 39 during our stay from August 8 to 13.

This campsite was great! Dillon and Frisco are nearby with plenty of resources such as groceries and gas. Breckenridge is just 20 minutes away, and you're right in the middle of some of the best hiking spots in Colorado! The campground feels secluded while being close to all of this, and the views of the mountains off of the reservoir are fantastic. Campsites are spaced out well and offer a little bit of privacy. Pit toilets were super clean, and roads seemed to be well-maintained.

Was a cool base camp , the lack of information was a little lousy, and nobody was around to get firewood or other information till my 4th day . But a really cool place none the less ! Some great hiking and biking in the area!!

Campers must occupy the site the first night at a campsite. This prevents booking the site for Fri-Sun and showing up on Saturday. |
| General |
Campers may leave the site for 24 hours and must occupy the site otherwise. This allows a camper to say go for an overnight backpack trip in the woods for one night and come back to their campsite the next day. |
