What Guests Are Saying
Burns Lake Campground offers a peaceful and well-maintained environment, ideal for nature enthusiasts seeking tranquility and dark skies for stargazing. The campground features spacious, primitive tent sites with lovely views of the lake and access to wildlife and hiking trails. While some visitors noted minor issues, such as noise from nearby campers and basic facilities, the friendly camp host and overall serene atmosphere contribute to a positive camping experience.

Very quiet. Just what I needed. Host was kind and charred with us for a while. Made the stay even nicer.

Quiet, clean, spacious sites. I fantastic way to spend New Years Eve away from the fireworks. Bring what you need - there are no nearby stores. We used the National Park dump station about 5 miles away on the way out.

Mark was a great host. Made it easy. The campground was quiet. I stayed in spot 16 and it was one of the nicest campgrounds I’ve been in. I was in a tent spot (I have a van). Silence was fantastic and the campground is tucked away in the Big Cypress.

This place was simple but convenient. Very easy to pull into spot and it's quiet and dark out here. Great for star gazing. There's a fire pit but no wood available so bring wood in if you want to have a fire.
