What Guests Are Saying
Lucas Park is a beautiful campground with well-maintained facilities, including clean bathrooms and showers. Visitors appreciate the stunning lake views, spacious campsites, and friendly camp hosts, making it a peaceful and enjoyable experience. While water is not available until mid-May and some sites may be smaller than others, many guests express a desire to return for more visits.

The campsites are super unlevel - my motorhome had the front wheels 6 inches off the ground to try to level. My friend had the same problem in the site beside me. I understand each campsite not having water, but I don’t understand charging $22/night for just electricity. Also, the bath house ran out of toilet paper on the men’s side sometime Saturday night and it was not refilled until late in the day Sunday. I’ll stay here again, but likely drive through the campgrounds before booking so I can be more selective about my spot, as the slope and lack of water was a real disappointment.

Great fun but the only issue that was an issue/problemannoyance was all the geese. In our personal space, pooping everywhere. Disgusting!
The hosts were very nice!
