The campground is beautiful with lots of trees and on the lake. The asphalt pads are great. The only drawback is the electrical posts are too far away. Mine was 30-40 feet away from the pad. I had to borrow a 50 foot cord from my neighbor to use the electricity. So, be forewarned.

We had a great time camping here. The site was well maintained and the hosts were very attentive. Sites were far enough apart to prevent hearing your neighbors. Only negative was the road leading in. Definitely needs some work.

Beautiful location, very well kept facilities (wouldn’t even know they were vaulted) and amazing views. Would definitely come back.

Great, simple, and clean campsite. It was great having beach access for the whole campground. It is worth noting that, to my knowledge, there was no place to wash dishes. Also, at our specific site, it was fairly loud at night with road noise. We have been to the same campground many years prior and recommend it to anyone!

Some of the sites were very close together but overall great camp grounds. It’s very quiet and clean. Vault toilets seem a bit shallow compared to other national parks which made them a bit smelly. Very close to the water, pictured rocks. Lots of great hiking and activities. Munising is nearby with plenty to do on the rainy days.

Beautiful site! Bugs were minimal and park was very well taken care of. Cleanest pit toilet I’ve ever been in!! This will definitely be a park we plan to visit again and again!!
