We really enjoyed our stay, the sites were large and mostly secluded. The outhouses have to be the cleanest we have ever seen. The only complaint we had was the people running generators. We would highly recommend this park.

A quiet, remote and beautiful place in the Hiawatha National Forest with large campsites. Easy to get to, and within about 20 minutes of Munising. Plenty of things to do in the area, including hiking, fishing, boating, etc., and within driving distance of many natural wonders - Pictured Rocks Lakeshore, waterfalls, etc.

Best campsite EVER! I love the privacy, the abundance of nature, the safe feeling it provides, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. We have gone to this camp for two years now and it is our favorite spot. It's intimate but also has a community aspect to it. Great price too! It also has great nature paths to explore. Enjoy your visit.

What a beautiful campground. The sites were private with beautiful views and Your outhouses were cleaner than any public or private campground bathrooms we have ever been to. What a treat to spend a few nights there.

Nice campground but no rangers to enforce quiet hours. Had some very loud and rude neighbors.

This was a quiet, clean campground. It is very close to Munising and all that Picture Rocks has to offer. The Indian River was posted as cleared, but it really was not. Many, many trees down.

We very much enjoyed our visit to wide waters. The campground was very well maintained. Bathrooms aka outhouses were very clean as was the whole campground. Camp host was very informative as regards fire wood and other important thongs we needed for camping.
This trip and camp ground made our vacation very relaxing. Thank you we will be back.

This is a wonderful campground in a natural rustic setting along the Indian River. Excellent kayaking opportunities in pristine waters. Very clean campground and outhouses. Most of the sites are heavily shaded and very large. The hosts were very helpful working with us to get our reservation changed in the middle of our stay.
