Worst experience ever, camp host was rude, our reserve sign on our site kept getting switched to open every time we would leave.

Beautiful camping. The lake and river were amazing. Easy access to hiking/biking trail. Reasonably close to Picyure Rocks. A full service camp store with wifi was 5 minutes north. Very clean pit latrines. A very minor annoyance, some cars drove down the road in the middle of the night. Next time for an even more serene stay I'll stay on the lake side.

We really enjoyed this campground, nice level sites and we felt like we were not on top of other campers. Quiet, off the road, a 20 ish minute drive to Munising but bring your bug spray mosquitos were hungry!! Bring your bikes if you are a mountain biker there is trail access right at camp. We wished we had brought our kayaks to enjoy the lake right at camp. As adults with no children we did appreciate that it felt like and adult campground. Vault toilets were cleaned daily and the camp host had firewood available for purchase. Small store 5 minutes down the road for anything you may have forgotten.

Beautiful, quiet campground away from the crowds but close to all the action. Large clean sites give plenty of privacy and room to spread out. Nice lakes to fish and trails to hike within the campground. Love this place and plan to return in the future.

Your "reservation fees" on this site are exorbitant. Ridiculous.
