What Guests Are Saying
Indian Creek Campground is highly regarded for its beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained sites, surrounded by nature and offering easy access to hiking and Mark Twain Lake. Campers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, and peaceful atmosphere, making it a favorite spot for many. While there were minor issues with booking and bathroom cleanliness, overall experiences are overwhelmingly positive, with many looking forward to returning.

If the family in the tents by us were not there it would have been a much better 1st time experience. We did love the park itself. Will definitely go again and hope for a better time.

The bathrooms seemed like they were clean but the cleaner they used smelled bad. It smelled a bit like pinesol which would would have been fine on its own but, it had some other smell added that was quite unpleasant.
The campsites were nice and in good condition. It was a bit strange the electrical post had a sticker saying not to use the full amperage otherwise you might have your equipment damaged. The 50 AMP plug said not to exceed 40 AMPs, he 30 AMP 24 Amps, and the 20AMP max was 16 AMPs. Not sure it this is just to keep them from being liable for any damage or if the system is needing to be upgraded.

The site was great. Plenty of room. Easily could have had our camper and several tents. Plan on going back

Nice and quiet, convenient to beach, playground and hiking trails. The downside was that it was infested with flies. We all had tick bites. Even bug spray didn't help.
