St. Mary's campground is wonderful. We stayed in C section and that was great. We loved the East side of GNP. This is situated in the middle of the East side and is perfect for seeing Many Glacier road and Going to the Sun Road. Even though the Going to the Sun road was closed before Jackson Glacier the scenery was amazing. Many Glacier Road has a section that is full of potholes but still lots to see and do. We visited the other entrances and St. Mary's was definitely our favorite.

Washrooms and Showers (Loop C) were very clean. The site was quiet when we were there, you can definitely hear cars during the night though.

Stayed in site B72, which is a very small site on a corner. The only spot for our tent was within 10 feet of the RV in the site next to us. On the last night of our stay, June 6, the RV next to us ran their generator throughout the night, starting at 3:00 am.
I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback.

East Side is the Best Side! St Mary's Campground was a perfect base for us to explore the East Side of the park. The views from Loop C are amazing, so don't miss taking an evening stroll up there to see how beautiful the sunsets are. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked and while there was sometimes a line for the showers, it always moved quickly. Loved that we could walk to the visitor's center to get our bearings (no pun intended) on our first day. Camp host was awesome and super nice!
Glacier is an amazing park with so much to offer. Definitely would not miss the St Mary's and Virginia waterfalls hike.

This was a nice spot - close to the bathrooms, yet secluded. There was plenty of space, but no trees to set up our hammock. It's surrounded by berry bushes, but thankfully no wild friends came to visit.
The sites are kind of close together. The neighbors across from us thought it was ok to blast music until about 1:30am.
But overall, it was very nice.

Epic views and tidy spaces. I think we even heard elk bugling from our camp spot!

The campground was fairly full, yet we found an open spot. Drinking water was available, but only at blue pumps around the grounds. The views are wonderful, if the clouds lift. The hosts were polite, helpful and cheerful. We had a really nice experience. Make sure to make the reservation online before entering, as internet isn't great. The welcome center has wifi upon entering the East entrance.

St. Mary Campground was such a peaceful place to unwind after a day on the road. It was quiet, clean and it had amazing views. We even had a nightly visitor in the form of a young buck that wandered through our campsite!
