the site was very sunny and we felt like we had to drive to pretty much all of the hikes BUT we were happy with our stay. our site was otherwise quite nice and the st. mary campground worked really well for us and our ability to access the hikes on going to sun road. It also felt easy getting down to two medicine for a day of hiking.

We had sites A33 & A34. Nice and shady pull throughs with good privacy and close to the restrooms which were very clean. Location was great to both Many Glacier and Two Medicine. Shuttle to Logan Pass made it convenient without the hassle of trying to find parking and they make stops so you can hike Virginia and St. Mary falls and pick up a shuttle latter. Campground is very close to St. Mary where you can pick up supplies and grab a meal if you are tired of camp food.
