Campground was right at the lake, beautiful scenery, the site itself was great, wonderful hikes, lots to do in the area, and great sunsets! Jordan, who worked at the camp office was nice, sweet, and amazing. The campground itself had a trash throughout and the bathrooms were pretty gross. We had to clean up several of them, replace the garbage bags ourselves because they were overflowing and there was trash on the floors. Also, we had to plunge one of the toilets a few times because when we went into the bathroom by our site, it was constantly backed up/clogged. Overall, Tahoe is a great area and we will give the campground a second chance. Maybe if they’re fully staffed the maintenance will be better.

The spot we reserved had a tree in the way of extending our slide and person who helped us find another spot was friendly and helpful.

The campground was well taken care of and the views are amazing! The bathrooms are functional and clean, and the staff was great, though due to the gov. shutdown and being off season the hours were a bit hit or miss.

Definitely one of the most beautiful campgrounds I've ever stayed at. The trees are gorgeous! If you do not like shade do not camp here. The trees do make it a little challenging when parking your rig but don't give up you can do it. Secluded Forest camping on Lake Tahoe with all needed amenities just minutes away.

This is beautiful a campsite, my only complaint was one of the bathrooms not locking properly.

For a place so well used, camping is quite pleasant in the compact drive in sites. Love the parking access to the beach lot with paid camping. For the price paid, I’d hope the restrooms were better maintained. Hot showers are great after a day at the beach.
