Many guests appreciate the clean and well-maintained sites, friendly staff, and proximity to the beach and other attractions. For a place so well used, camping is quite pleasant in the compact drive in sites. Love the parking access to the beach lot with paid camping. For the price paid, I’d hope the restrooms were better maintained. Hot showers are great after a day at the beach.

Though we were unable to stay, due to RV issues. I was disappointed on how close sites were. Our table was right on top of the adjacent site's sewer. Definably they wanted to cram as many sites as they could on the land. No the best siltation.

The RV site was uneven. Our RV could not level. Our picnic bench was on a slope. The website said they had cable TV and where my rv was parked we would have wifi. They cancelled cable TV a yr ago. No wifi at all. Only stayed one night. Wont go back.

My stay at this campground was overall good. There's not many things this campground has to offer, but the campground was clean and in a good location. I would recommend bringing a broom or leaf blower if you stay at this campground because there are a lot of pine needles and pine trees. I usually bring my leaf blower but did not with my last trip. I had to buy a push broom to clear the top of my RV's slideouts from pine cones and pine needles when I was packing up to leave. I stayed in site 124, which is rated as a 40 foot parking spot. This was definitely the most difficult stall I've ever had to park my 5th wheel in because of the narrow road and trees lining both sides of the road which made it tough to back my trailer in. Another minor complaint would be the campground not having enough trash bins. To my knowledge, there were only two trash bins that were pretty far from my campsite, but not a huge deal.

The RV spot I had was supposed to have FULL HOOKUPS #173. It had NO WATER, The spot next to me had water but the hydrant leaked so bad it could not be turn on and left on. The sand had washed off the hillside and also had my spot half covered. I had to take a shovel and dress it up... ARAMARK, who runs the Forest Service Campground was no help. On the water issue they told me to get my tank filled and run off MY PUMP. Checked out early and was DENIED a REFUND. This is typical of a facility that is run by ARAMARK, Had a bad stay at a overpriced campground at LAKE POWELL that they run also
