What a great place to RV. The lake and restaurant across the street, South Lake Tahoe 7 min away. Weather was great.

Crowded and neighbors were loud. Greeted by my neighbor who was parked on top of my hookups and wanted to tell me not to get his truck wet… hi to you too. One guy kept cutting in front of my trailer setting my dogs off. It was a wild week I guess. Resurfacing highway by entrance all night, random but sooo loud.

The Rv park and campground are poorly maintained. I camped in 3 sites with a van type RV over the course of a week. .The sites I camped at in the upper portion of the park ( the 180s) were covered with mud and debris. Although paved, you could not tell due to the soil covering the paving. My leveling pads sank into the mud. During my week on site I saw no attempt by park staff to clean or clear the sites of debris. The shower rooms were cleaned each day, but the floors were left grimy and had worn in soil. Ditto the rest rooms. The desk staff, though pleasant, were not problem solvers. They seemed to be able to only interface with the reservation system on the same level as the public, nothing more. Such a shame. As the only option for RV hookups on the South end of the Lake Aramark appears not to care what they have in hand and the potential to showcase the Lake and their brand.

I reserved 2 camp sites for the week. 1 of the sites was good but the other site was full of mud. We had to barrow a shovel from the office staff and clear the mud ourselves. They did not offer to help. Also the water valve leaked when in the on position and hooked up to the trailer. It flooded the road and ran through other campsites below ours and multiple people asked us to turn off the water, We ended up having to fill up the water tank on the trailer to get our water supply.
We asked 3 times during the week if someone could fix the valve and it was never fixed. No one ever contacted us during our stay or tried to repair. Very disappointed with the lack of support. We payed for FULL hookups and did not get FULL hookups to use.

Too expensive for what you get for tent camping. Can't park in your camp spot, have to carry all your equipment/luggage up a hill on a path with no lights to your site. Camp sites not level or big enough for tent. Mud mounds and piles of dirt throughout campsite.

The location is great. Easy access to a nice beach area. The campsites were good sized. The bathrooms were not well kept the entire time. The garbage was pilling up so bad it was being stacked on top of the dumpsters.

Everything was great. The weather could have been a little better but all said it was perfect! As for our site #177 it was a strange shape but seemed to work and was pretty level side to side +1&1/2”+/-. We really enjoyed our time there.

Reaching to spot is very hard. I was not expecting such a steep climb.
