Clean and well-maintained recreational area. The process of reserving a space was so easy and the maps and photos helped to determine which site would be fit my needs.

This was the perfect campsite for a much-needed, unplugged reset for me & my husband. Quiet, with generous space between sites, and a very helpful staff.

lovely, deep woods gave privacy, even with close and nice neighbors. also remarkably unimpacted by nearby busy trails and city.

Lake Powhatan is a great place to camp. It offers many outdoor activities right out of the campsite. You name it, from hiking, mountain bike trails, riding gravel, fishing. There really isn't any reason to leave the area to find an outdoor adenture.
