Great site in B loop. Sites are pretty close but feel private due to layout and dense vegetation. Big fan of the campground.

Showers were nice and hot! Better than we were expecting!
Sites are pretty close together. We stayed in B loop and really liked our site but c and d loops seemed much tighter. We did leave soap out one night and saw a mama bear and 2 cubs! So don't forget all cosmetics in the bear box!
Had a nice long week of camping though! Beautiful area with lots of hiking nearby.
Also "grocery store" is not a very well stocked store. Very minimal and basic stuff. Plan on heading to town for actual groceries before you make the trip up the mountain.

Showers were amazing after two days without! Incredibly quite and peaceful in the tent only section. Easy access to Pisgah Inn and camp store via trail or short drive. You could just sit in your campsite and watch the chipmunks play.

Great campground and staff. Plenty of spaces to choose from. Shower and bathroom facilities available - check map layout for locations. Make reservations for breakfast at Pisgah Inn or bring your own food over anytime of day and use chairs outside to take in the view. Plenty of hiking trails from campground or short drive away.

Beautiful! Nice layout. Noisy neighbors that I finally had to say something to at 12:45 AM. Common courtesy, if not the rule, at most campgrounds... quiet hours after 10/11 PM. Be respectful!

Campground in very good condition. Bathroom is nice and warm and quite clean. And it's great having the camp store there as well as the gift shop and restaurant across the street if needed. Camp store always has plenty of firewood. Great proximity to the Fire Tower and the Graveyard, Art Loeb and Sam Knob trails.

Very beautiful CG. Great sites and most were quite private and quiet. Restrooms were top notch, at least the one we frequented. Highly recommend.

We tent-camped for one night in early October, 2023. Our site was B21. We had an advanced reservation through recreation.gov.
Check-in was easy. (5/5). We arrived after-hours, and were able to find our site easily. The site itself (4/5) was very good. We particularly liked that the site was enclosed by rhododendron bushes; it must be incredible when the flowers are blooming. There was ample room for our Honda Pilot, a picnic table, fire ring, and the pad for our tent. While close to the road, you can’t see the tent site from the road. The site is an easy walk to the restroom along the road (NOT a path). Not a 5-star for a few small reasons. The loop with RVs was behind us, and an RV there was running its generator, seemingly for all allowed hours. Also, previous occupants had cut a path to the adjoining site, which led to our neighbor’s picnic table. As a result, there was a lack of privacy.
Location of the Mount Pisgah Campground. (5/5). It’s very close to a lot of interesting sites on and off the Parkway. We particularly enjoyed the drive towards to Brevard with multiple easy-access waterfalls.
Finally, this campground has hot showers! As we were driving the full Parkway, and tent camping along the way, hot showers were much appreciated! The restrooms were clean. (5/5)
The campground felt safe. (5/5).
