Beautiful campground, great location. It is an older facility so the sites are a little tight for some RV's. "A Loop" is for the larger RV's, and "B Loop" for smaller ones. "C" and "D" loops are for tents only, although many of them looked as large as those in B, so it would be nice if those were made generator free and opened to some RV/van/pop-ups to alleviate the pressure on A and B. I stayed in a FF site and it was fine. Some of the picnic tables and fire rings are awkwardly located, but most are tucked away in the space nicely. The showers were hot, and the water in the sinks was also hot so that was nice, and the bathrooms were clean. NO cell service, unless you go across the street to the Mt Pisgah Inn. Rangers and Camp Host were WONDERFUL.

Spent our anniversary here, stayed in spot A25. It is an absolutely beautiful spot in a beautiful campground. The bathroom is centrally located, although we did have to walk to the next loop to shower. Which we didn't mind, cause we were wanting to walk more anymore. Lots of hiking trails adjacent to the campground an inn. We went on the Frying Pan Mountian Fire Tower trail, which was moderate to strenuous. Overall amazing camping trip. We will be coming back.

Mt. Pisgah is one of our favorite campgrounds. We stay at various times during the year to experience the changing of the seasons. A good bath house as well. The Rangers are great and we enjoy their evening programs. The Inn is right across the Parkway if you want to walk up there for lunch or dinner.

Absolutely beautiful campground, so much to do around the area, lots of hikes and waterfalls. I love the sites because you feel seclusion.

Even though it rained the entire length of our stay, the campground was outstanding. The sites are private and the bathhouse was unexpectedly plush. The hot shower in the spacious area was welcoming. No hookups made the experience a bit challenging but that’s what camping is about, right?
