Beautiful campground with very large sites offering lots of privacy and quiet. The property is exceptionally well kept and maintained, Park hosts were very friendly and helpful. Very nice to have hosts that are visible, welcome your questions or kindly offer help if needed. Electric hookups are available, water and waste service is clearly marked with easy access.
Had strong Verizon 5G signal.

Campground was nice and quiet.
However, we weren’t warned until we got there that we would be locked into the campground from 10pm-6am.
The one host is a very rude lady. We added 2 more nights to our stay, I had spoke to the other 2 hosts about it and paid the fees and the lady had a huge issue with it and made it a big deal over my car being in the site while my husband was filling the camper with water across the st. I would have stayed longer as that site we moved to had 2 weeks of availability but that encounter made us feel extremely unwelcome.
The couple on the main host site were very nice and helpful and helped me with adding 2 nights to my stay, when they didn’t have to because they were off duty.

Beautiful location. Great campground hosts. Showers are warm with good water pressure but older and not very nice.
Nice kayaking and trail right in Park.

Spacious sites, quiet, peaceful setting, great hiking trail nearby, and just a short drive to emerald isle beaches. Hot showers and heated bathrooms were appreciated. Would definitely visit again!

Love the campground. Friendly hosts and fellow campers. Nice facilities and sites spaced well apart. Yet it is close to town and the beach if you are looking for places to go. There is a boat ramp and there are several walking trails through the wetlands.
