North Mills River is a jewel. Well-run, clean, small, friendly... what else? Beautifully-situated. And my reserved campsite was raked (!) and tidied by the staff before I got there. Top-notch folks running a top-notch campground.

We absolutely loved it here!!! We reserved site 26 (FF) and then reserved site 22 online for the next night! Luckily they were close so it was easy to move from one to the other! We loved both sites! 26 was a bit more private and closer to water. 26 is a huge double site with lots of choices for set up. The camp host Paul was great! Very helpful and informative for campground and surrounding area and information/pointers. The grounds were immaculate and bathrooms kept very clean. Paul and his wife were constantly cleaning and riding around checking on things! We will definitely be back!!!

I love this small, cozy campground. Nestled back in the forest but not too far from gas, groceries, and other shopping. I feel very safe when I camp there.

Great sites, easy to access, great fishing, plenty of trails and somewhat near services. Remember this is an area that has lots of wildlife, no ammenities, so don't expect to connect to the outside world , no tv, no internet and lucky if you can get cell signal.

It’s a great campground! Bathrooms were clean and stocked. I would recommend the host having less lights on throughout the entire night as they are a sleep disturbance to those near the host site. The bathroom lights are plenty.
