Crew was working on project and had a road though campground blocked. I had to go the wrong direction on a one way road to get to my spot. Fortunately I was able to get turned around at an intersection for the right approach and back into my spot.

Even though it rained for the entire time we were there, it was a little bit of heaven in the trees. Quiet and secluded site #31 was perfect for us. Will be back!

Beautiful campground nestled in the woods and on the banks of a lake. There's even a nice beach. And our favorite thing was the hiking trail within the campground that leads to a waterfall.

Beautiful, well-maintained campground. Great location for day trips into Boone, Banner Elk, Linville, and the BRP.

Loved everything..liked Anne Shelter because it's close to playground and volleyball court.
One thing that could be improved: the grill had multiple holes in it..had to stuff holes with aluminum foil.
