The setting, site, and staff was all good. My only concern was driving the dirt road access that was quite narrow in spots. Fortunately, I did not cross paths with any other trailer while hauling mine in or out of the camp.

I love how primitive this campground is. I do wish they had water hookup but we stay near the bathhouse so it's not bad. It's no far from the boat ramp either. Not within walking distance is you're taking a kayak or canoe. So keep that in mind. Took our Kayaks and fishing poles and spent the day on the lake. It was so relaxing and just what we needed to reset. They do have hiking trails also. We have not had the chance to hike here yet but do plan on doing so. We actually just planned another visit for next month. This will definitely be our go to place to camp.

This was our 2nd experience at Arrowhead. A nice loop of campsites, most of the sites are reasonably private, all an easy walk to the bath house, which is large and well maintained. Good trails and easy access to the lake and the boat landing area.

Can’t say enough about the experience we had at Arrowhead. When we need to relax and rest we know we can count on the Arrow Head camp ground. So peaceful and spacious. Loved every bit of our stay. We will be back many more times.

Stayed two nights in site 017 which was a nice private wooded site. Some of the entry roads were unpaved but well maintained. The staff at the campground were friendly and very helpful. A bit of a slope for setup so we had to use levelers on this back-in site. Had breakfast our second day at Badin Lake Family Restaurant on our way out to find some repair items for our RV. Our second night it rained so our cookout moved indoors but all in all a great campground.

Trash! Broken glass, bricks, rags, trash at the sites , trash on the nature trail, trash at the day use area!
Homeless camps galore! Never had I seen so many piles of old tents, tarps, and beer cans! Hypodermic needles, and food trash everywhere
Scared for our personal property and safety!
