Really enjoyed our stay!! (not our first) But a warning if you're wanting to use the showers there. The water pressure has always been questionable and the hot water sometimes works and often doesn't. Other than that, excellent campground and excellent area!

This a very nice campground, but the upper loop host Jennifer was atrocious. She clearly has a prejudice against Jeepers. We were in town for the Jeep Jamboree and were all treated like children at check in. She made us read and acknowledge all of the rules and tripled down on the no alcohol rule as if we couldn’t read the signs every 20 feet. This place truly is a hidden gem, but this obnoxious host really ruined our experience.

We had a blast and wish we would have stayed longer! The campsites were nice and we loved the fire pit, grill, and lantern hook that is provided for each site. The scenery was pretty and the lake area was beautiful! The only thing that was a little turn off was the condition of the toilets and the bath stalls as they were not cleaned regularly from the looks of it. We will back next year.

Personal Campsites are great! Fire pit and grill are always maintained as well as grounds to pop tents. Easy access to water and boat ramp. Parking is accessible. Check in is simple and easy. Quiet time is well respected by other campers.
The only complaint is that the bathrooms always seem to be gross. I know it’s camping but the sink was backed up with mosquito larvae for the whole 4 days we were there and the trash cans were full and trash was on the ground in stalls and in shower area.
Not sure if someone is supposed to be maintaining it daily but they should be, especially because of COVID amongst other germs and bacteria. I would also think that soap dispensers would be a major necessity added and maintained as well because if this pandemic.
Like I said, I know it’s a campsite but that doesn’t mean cleanliness should be omitted.
Hopefully next time will be different and the bathrooms will be better maintained.

Arrowhead is a wonderful location. Water within walking distance. Great trails for biking or walking. Spacious lots with adequate amenities. Trading post is convenient with town is a short drive.
