What Guests Are Saying
Lost Lake Resort and Campground offers a beautiful natural setting with scenic lake views, spacious campsites, and a friendly atmosphere. Many visitors appreciate the well-maintained grounds, good fishing, and nearby hiking trails, as well as the convenience of on-site amenities like a store and boat rentals. However, the campground can be busy, especially on weekends, leading to noise and crowding issues, and some facilities, like bathrooms, may need more attention. Overall, it's a cherished spot for many returning campers.

Lucked out on a warm sunny day, so it was a great day on the lake. Clean campground and lots of private sites. Surprised the store is closed Tues/Wed, since it was super busy when we went by on a Monday. Girls at the food counter were pleasant and working super hard - beer taps though, were out or not working correctly. Definitely a campground worth visiting at least once. Many walk-in sites.

We love Lost Lake Campground! This was our second year going with our two young kids. The campsites are private and have lots of brush/trees in between each site. The lodge offers a small country store, coffee and hot food to buy, clean showers for purchase and friendly staff! We will be back next year!

The campground is in a terrace, the layout of the site was quite uncomfortable.

The walk around the lake is getting a bit more difficult on one side but still a very nice experience.

I had a lovely visit! The campground was clean and my campsite (D7) felt removed from other campers. My only negative is the online system states D7 has a charcoal grill and it does not.

Always enjoy going to this campground. On our trip 6/5-6/8 there was still allot of snow on the trails.

It was raining with snow still on the ground. Our camp site was quite a ways from the lake. Weather was so nasty we only used two of four sites. Don't book unless your willing to take a loss if weather doesn't allow usage. Very disappointing trip and on top of it we are out around $270 in unused sites. Next time I will pass and only useday use area for $11 per day.

Clean facilities, helpful host, plenty of firewood ($9 per bundle, $6 per kindling)! Site had only just been snow cleared so was pretty muddy in patches. The lake and views of Mt Hood are amazing, highly recommend renting a kayak/boat for a cruise on the lake. Lots of day use spots too.
