What Guests Are Saying
Lost Lake Resort and Campground offers a beautiful natural setting with scenic lake views, spacious campsites, and a friendly atmosphere. Many visitors appreciate the well-maintained grounds, good fishing, and nearby hiking trails, as well as the convenience of on-site amenities like a store and boat rentals. However, the campground can be busy, especially on weekends, leading to noise and crowding issues, and some facilities, like bathrooms, may need more attention. Overall, it's a cherished spot for many returning campers.

We were greatly disappointed in the amount of fallen timber. You might make the argument that that's the way nature intended but the reality is it makes the park an impassable mess. I think a happy medium might be found to leave some and clean up the more obnoxious messes. And BTW you still owe us some $500 dollars when our reservation was cancelled last year due to covid. All we heard about was everyone was working from home and we never got our refund.

First time visitor and camper at Lost Lake and we had a blast! General store was super helpful, full of a lot of goodies. The staff were kind and professional, renting a boat for the day was easy and so fun! Only complaint was our campsite still had about 3 feet of snow in a lot of places. The fire pit, table and small tent site had been dug out prior to our arrival but we had very little room in the site. It was early in the season so the snow wasn’t a surprise but a little more than we expected.

Love coming up here “off-season” when you have the whole park & lake to yourself!

Our site was completely snowed in and we couldn’t camp there. Our camp host for the A loop was awesome and offered us a site in F loop, but that looked like a war zone, totally not ready for any camping, then she was kind and offered us another site in A loop, which was much better. We ended up not staying though due to the snow conditions! Instagram pics definitely didn’t depict how the campground was actually currently looking!

Campsite NOT a good choice for tent as rain pools on tent pad.

The area was beautiful and we enjoyed our time by the lake a lot! We are definitely coming back again!

This is one of my favorite campgrounds, as there's no motorized boats on the lake, and it's small enough you can paddle or hike around it in an afternoon. There's also an on-site store so you can stock up on supplies or even have a shower.
A mark off because it is horrendous to get availability.; the A, B & C loops are about a 10 minute hike to the lake (not ideal when you're carrying a paddleboard) and you are not supposed to drive down (reserved for day use); and there are a ton of people who illegally 'reserve' prime picnic tables by leaving their things there permanently (I took photos at 7am one morning).
But it's such a beautiful lake.

Simply beautiful location. Very nice and private campsites. The store is well appointed and having access to boat rental is great. Tons of hiking. The old growth trail around the lake is gorgeous.

Our last camping trip of the year was amazing! The camp host was very helpful and guided us to the best spot possible (because it was very busy). Even when the fire burn was lifted, he came by to tell us and offered us info on where to get wood :)
The main store was also amazing when we inquired about rentals and possible accommodations for 1 night.
Beautiful place, will be back for sure!

Great experience there! Weather was wet and very cold so we decided to upgrade to a lodge. They gave us a discount and took good care of us.
