Convenient for a quick overnighter and convenient for riders, but that’s about where the amenities end. Serves it’s purpose.

Unfortunately for years I have seen a decline in the quality of the campground. The issues overgrown grass what appeared to be a lack of maintenance and upkeep. We found that ticks were found at the edge of the asphalt behind the designated area. The showers that were available as a courtesy were limited do to broke parts and availability. There are 10 showers only 6 “worked” water came out of the shower head. The showers were only on from 8am to 2pm. It was very difficult to get a shower due to the amount of campers in the campground and the others that used the shower from outside the area.

Had a great time at the camp. Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Sites were large and level. Close to the dunes.
