What Guests Are Saying
Kiasutha campground offers a beautiful natural setting with spacious campsites and friendly, helpful staff, making it a favorite among repeat visitors. Many families appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, access to water activities, and the well-maintained grounds, despite some concerns about noise from other campers. However, there are ongoing issues with restroom facilities and campground roads that need attention to enhance the overall experience.

We love camping here. It's very peaceful and a good distance between sites. We try to book several times a year. Highly recommend

Very nice, site reminded me of the North Side of the Grand Canyon, sans canyon. Really enjoy the drive on drive off design. Facilities were rustic but clean, tidy and well tended. No cell service which was refreshing.

Always love camping at Kiasutha. Can't wait for the upgrades next year. Campground hosts and rest of the staff were great.

A week of rain, but the camp remained dry, as the water quickly drained. Private sites due to the semi-circle of trees and bushes around each site. They could use a few more dumpsters, and some doggie-bags. A bear decided to look for picnic baskets, but the Camp Manager heard the sound of a camper's alert and came in quickly with his truck and spooked the bear out of the camp area. Beautiful area, clean and quiet. The only cell signal I found in our area was on the bank of the reservoir which made for a nice walk to connect.

We had never camped in Kiasutha and really found the campground to be fun and beautiful. Kane and local restaurants are nearby and we hiked Jakes Rocks one afternoon. Please control your dogs if you take them. Dogs barking incessantly for no reason other to bark is quite annoying to other campers.

The campground host was absolutely terrible. She harassed everyone in almost every site, I asked. My generator, the quiet kind, was running because it was hot and I had to cool my son down, and I was told I couldn’t do that, but other ppl were lighting fireworks but she was concerned abt my generator. I have camped here since I was a baby and this time was by far the worst ever. I am greatly disappointed. She never smiled or waved at anyone even when ppl smiled and waved at her. She yelled at the children for playing spotlight and for riding bikes on the road. So kids can’t have fun camping?? I hope that this gets better because ppl will stop camping here if they are continually harassed.

The hosts were pretty strict, to the point of making people feel like they were walking on glass.

Usually a great place to camp! Kane and the surrounding area are absolutely beautiful! However, hopefully they get new campground hosts next year- these people were NOT friendly.

We have been going to Kiasutha for years. However, this may be our last time going there. While I can appreciate the camp hosts doing their job, the way they deliver orders is incredibly rude! We had a fellow camper deliver some wood to another site. So for a short time, there were 3 vehicles on the site. All out of the way. The host came up and asked who the site was registered to and said "you're only allowed 2 vehicles and I count 3" the truck owner said he was going to be moving it and again, the host said "in the next 5 minutes right". A better way would have been to say something like - could you please move your truck back to your own site as soon as possible?
The hosts are rude, the buildings are run down and the boat ramp sucks. I highly doubt we'll be back.
