What Guests Are Saying
Ives Run is a beautiful and well-maintained campground with spacious sites, friendly staff, and a scenic location near Hammond Lake. Many visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, the peaceful atmosphere, and the variety of outdoor activities available, such as fishing, hiking, and biking. Some minor issues were noted, including inconveniences with sewer hookups and limited availability for late-season bookings, but overall, campers had a great experience and expressed a strong desire to return.

Nice sites, as typical at COE, a little close to each other. Beautifully manicured, lots of great facilities. The Campground Bathrooms really need a CLR or muriatic acid cleaning. The walls are covered with lime deposits. Makes them look scary, but really the bathrooms are very clean. Great water and temperature.

First time ever at Ives Run and I’m telling you it won’t be our last!, super clean park, very friendly staff, we were confused when entering the park and pulled up to the check in station and found out that you just drive to your site, it’s a shame that they can’t put (one of the)host into that building for added security for the campers, I didn’t get the whole name on your site post, weather to pull it off or what but the host came by and told us what to do, We found the little museum to be very interesting and the live snake exhibit was very informative. The sites through out the campground are mostly level however you do have to jockey a bit. The layout of the park is just magnificent, and the trees and foliage make it very private for most sites! Thank you so much for your hospitality. We were in site 62 and it was a bit on the unlevel side and the playground is right in your back lawn so be prepared for visitors walking through your site. Site 62 is has several trees to make it nice and private other than the kids and adults strolling by your site headed to the playground. Picked out our pick sites for next visit and look forward to our return!

A well maintained park with spacious sites. Bonus is that it’s close to the Pine Creek Rail Trail.

Increasing lack of respect for your site by other campers They walk through your site as if you weren’t there. They walk right up to your pet with their pet without any idea if your pet is friendly to other animals

My biggest complaint is the lawn. I was there for 14 days and the grass wasn’t mowed while we were there. It was so high it made it difficult to play the yard games we brought with us As we were leaving they were finial mowing the areas down by the pavilions and beach. Hopefully they will mow the campsites also. Like most parks you need to look at the branches hanging to low for the big rigs

Beautiful grounds, great sized sites. FHU. We did ask to move to another available site or trim branches. It was all handled in a professional, friendly manner. Only stayed one night, and would come back. 45ft coach pulling toad.

bath houses are starting to show their age, some trash and debris hadn't been cleaned from our fire ring before arrival, but overall this is still such a nice campground, and we always enjoy our time there
