What Guests Are Saying
Ives Run is a beautiful and well-maintained campground with spacious sites, friendly staff, and a scenic location near Hammond Lake. Many visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, the peaceful atmosphere, and the variety of outdoor activities available, such as fishing, hiking, and biking. Some minor issues were noted, including inconveniences with sewer hookups and limited availability for late-season bookings, but overall, campers had a great experience and expressed a strong desire to return.

Ives Run is our absolute favorite place to stay. The views are incredible (especially at sundown) and we look forward to every trip we take there.

We had a great view of the water. It was easy to level our site.
We would like to stay again if we are in the area.

Kids had plenty of room to ride bicycles. We had an issue with not being able to open the door to access the 30 amp plug, and 2 employees came right over and opened it for us. (It was slightly bent and I couldn’t pull it open.) Per my nephews comment, IT WAS GREAT!

Overall we had another great camping trip at Ives Run. We try to make it every year around this time and we truly do enjoy it. This year we had 8 sites at Pine Loop. There were things that happened that couldn't have been controlled by the staff, somethings that could have been and others that were unfortunate happenings. Some of the things that couldn't be controlled would be the weather. It rained almost every day and we had some tremendous winds that came through. The latrine in Pine loop was pretty smelly and could have used a dumping. One of the unfortunate things that occured was that the bathrooms as you left Pine run and hit the hard top one day did not have hot water and one of the toilets would not flush. (The hot water issue was fixed by the next day.) The Lawn maintenance crew came in and did the best they could under the wet conditions.
We are very thankful and appreciative of everyone there and the part the play in taking care of this facility.
We look forward to next year's camping trip.
Respectfully,
Jude Rabago
