This is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed at Sheridan Lake campground. Always a wonderful experience! Clean, quiet, and beautiful. Lots of campsites, but everything is so spread out, that you don't feel like you are on top of other campers. Great access to swimming and fishing. Only a half hour from Rapid City.

Nice camp site. Well managed. People didn’t run generators all night. Sites were just spread out enough.

Great camping with lake access. We had site 69 with our pop-up camper. It has to be one of the best sites in the campground. Nobody on either side of your for 100 yards, and a lakefront campground with direct access to the lake via a gentle slope. Overall, a great trip.

We brought a 5th wheel and kayaks for our stay. We could take the boats right down to the water from our spot. Fishing was good, too. The campground is very nice and we had a wonderful view of the lake, which was great at the end of the day around the campfire. Very quiet and private. The bathrooms were incredibly clean.

The view was beautiful, weather was perfect. Would recommend staying here just know there is no way to fill up rv with water. You have to go 5 miles back down road to another campground and pay $5, you will also need to come back to that campground to pay $10 to dump when you leave Sheridan Lake
