Beautiful, well maintained and staffed park. This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay at Live Oak Ridge. This park's central location in Texas makes it a great stopping off place for trips to other places in Texas. 1 night or a dozen nights, try this park out. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful camp ground that is immaculately kept by the park hosts and volunteers. My only complaint is the undergrowth is so thick, you can’t see the lake. We will definitely stay there again!

Let me 1st off say, this place is awesome. This has to be the best campground we have ever stayed. Extra friendly staff, Lee is an awesome guy. It stormed on us when we first arrived, Lee called and made sure we were ok, considering we were staying in a tent. They have where you can park at the top of the boat ramp area, then a very short walk, bring your stuff to go fishing, on the banks or at their dock. Extra clean campgrounds, restrooms with showers. The common areas are clean, just very helpful and friendly people everywhere.

The crushed granite under the picnic area was raked. You could tell great care had been taken to have a clean, clutter free campsite waiting for you.

Clean and tidy rv park, including the shower houses. My 2 sites were pretty un level. In fact, it was only the 2nd time in 15 years RVing I was so unsuccessful I just switched sites. The 2nd site wasn’t as bad since it was just un level front to back versus all 4 directions.BUT, I don’t think I’ve ever met more helpful park hosts. I met all 3of them and they each went bore and beyond.
