The park is clean and well kept, staff so very friendly. I had a beautiful waterside tent site. I do wish people would pay attention to the no glass rule, or be more careful with it. Lots of it around....not the park, rangers of staff to blame. Love Holiday!

The gate attendants are always friendly and helpful! The only thing is this time the grass was tall and really needed to be mowed. Otherwise we love camping here

First, this is a great campground so close to Ft. Worth! But, it is in need of some good old TLC. We realize that the campground is going for the foresty feel, however, the camp sites were not completely mowed and the grass was very long. The sites looked like they were partially mowed. The sides of the roads need some attention, many wash out areas. Again, the water in the women's shower house is too hot with pinpoint shower heads. On top of that, one of the male cleaning crew entered the shower house to clean it without announcing himself. That is truly unacceptable! I realize that there is a lock on the main door but there are two showers available. If you lock it, nobody else can use the second shower. Perhaps the shower curtains should be replaced with locking doors. All in all, this is still a great campground. We have been here a number of times and will continue to use it.

I appreciate the security to keep people from entering the campground area unless they are paid patrons. Keeps all of us a lot safer.
I was very discouraged to see the conditions of the restrooms/showers just to the right of the guard shack. Glad I didn't have to use that facility. Really needs to be closed until repaired.
