Holiday, Texas offers a well-maintained campground with spacious sites and beautiful views of the lake, making it a great choice for nature lovers. Many visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the abundance of wildlife, including deer and turkeys. While some facilities, like the bathrooms, could use updates and there are occasional maintenance issues, overall, guests enjoy their stays and often return for the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location near Fort Worth.

We love camping out here. The campsites are nice and the grills are super nice! This is such a chill campground. I only wish the grass was mowed other than that it is fantastic!

The lake and campground are both beautiful, with nice facilities. I could only rate it 3 stars out of 5 though, because I left some of my camping gear on the site table and, while I was away during the day, it was all stolen.

This was the most disgusting place we stayed in our 4 month trip. Bathrooms were closed for renovations, and the one single bathroom still open was so nasty it was unusable. The grounds weren’t being mowed, maybe because of the wildflowers, but there was cardboard flying around in the never stopping wind. The waterfront site had gouges views and the sight is just miles out of Fort Worth, so it’s really sad it’s not being managed properly. When checking in we were told the entrance closed at 10 pm sharp. If you arrive after that time you will walk to your site. I’m not sure it’s legal , but that’s what we were told. We love coe parks , too bad they are so rundown in Texas.
