What Guests Are Saying
Holiday, Texas offers a well-maintained campground with spacious sites and beautiful views of the lake, making it a great choice for nature lovers. Many visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the abundance of wildlife, including deer and turkeys. While some facilities, like the bathrooms, could use updates and there are occasional maintenance issues, overall, guests enjoy their stays and often return for the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location near Fort Worth.

Very nice camgrounds and the scenery and wildlife were awesome. I have camped here for years. And I have seen very little upgrades. I am referring to the Hot Summers where a 50A circuit would be so nice since a lot of people buying new campers with dual A/C. With the nice upgrades of the Power Outlets and with a 50A outlet Dummy Cover, why didn't they install more 50A?

The man who was at the gate was very nice when we checked in at 2:45 on Friday, November 18. He was happy to help us renew our Senior Pass.

Plenty of room between sites but the shower/bathroom needs a lot of work. A major overhaul would be nice. The hosts were great.

Great experience at site 74 during the month of November. Plenty of room for our 30 foot trailer and our truck. Loved the scenery - was surrounded by deer each morning and evening. Great views of the lake. The restroom facilities were in rough shape. They were the biggest set back, but if you have a trailer with accommodations, you’ll be all set.
