I loved having the big open field in the middle. I enjoyed being so close to the lake & the bathrooms were pretty clean.

Clean park, sufficient space between sites, excellent access to lakeshore from campsite. Warm showers in heated restrooms make chilly times pleasant.

Wish gate house was manned. Friends we camped with told me where my spot was but they were wrong but swapped spots.
Gate house usually circles your reserved spot on a map.
No shade but park pretty well kept & clear view of the lake.

Bring your mountain bike! Great trails. Campground exposed with no trees to create shade or block wind. Excellent place to camp, but will likely avoid in dead of summer.
