What Guests Are Saying
Sandy Creek Park is praised for its peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, and well-maintained grounds, making it a favorite among campers. Guests appreciate the spacious, level sites, helpful staff, and beautiful views of the lake. However, there are concerns about the outdated restrooms and difficulties with the dump station, which could use some improvement.

The campground was very nice overall. There was no one manning the entrance gate when we arrived but she did come out to greet us from her RV, which was great because we needed a campground map and none were available in boxes. We didn’t use the restrooms but did walk in to check them out. They were very dated and underwhelming so we used our shower instead. There was quite of bit of space between sites where we were in site 18 however we did notice other parts of the park were situated much closer together. Dump station was set up nicely and ok to get into with our 45’ 5th wheel. There was about 1 1/2 miles of road getting to park that was very narrow and pot holed and signs to park were scarce. Being as big as we are we were getting very nervous by the time we found the park. The park road was newly paved and pretty narrow as well. Sunset were stunning!
