The staff were very friendly. The sites were well spaced and hook up worked well. There are some nice parks and walking paths in the area. The boat launch seemed popular. The views were great. The sites by the highway may get some noise from the traffic. Where we were you couldn’t hear the traffic much. Make sure you time your sight seeing accordingly because the gates close and no way back into the park. Sites seemed to get groomed and cleaned up after each camper.

Park is in great shape, playground is great, but bathrooms are just okay. Bathrooms are not heated, so that can make for a cold shower. Overall, park is very good.

very good camp ground, friendly staff. Only problem we had was sewer and water are at back of rv site, make sure you have at least 40 feet of water and sewer hose.

I found the park to be very clean and in very good repair. The pads were level and clean.

Easy access off Hwy 6. Absolutely gorgeous campground especially lakeside sites. Level. Well maintained. Very helpful and knowledgeable gate lady.

From I-35, take the exit for Hwy 6 N toward Meridian (330B) for about 5 miles. Immediately before crossing the lake, exit right at Midway Park Exit. At the exit, drive under the bridge and the park is a quarter-mile down the east-bound service road.
